Leur efficacit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e scientifiquement dans le traitement de nombreux troubles, notamment des troubles anxieux et d\u00e9pressifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justifier\">Ce sont des th\u00e9rapies dites <strong>br\u00e8ves<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que leur dur\u00e9e est limit\u00e9e dans le temps. Cependant, cette dur\u00e9e d\u00e9pend de chaque patient.e&nbsp;; ainsi le nombre de s\u00e9ances et leur espacement seront d\u00e9finis individuellement avec le.la th\u00e9rapeute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justifier\">Les TCCE se concentrent sur l&rsquo;interaction complexe entre les <strong>pens\u00e9es, les \u00e9motions et les comportements<\/strong>. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019aider les patient.e.s \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 modifier les sch\u00e9mas de pens\u00e9e, les r\u00e9actions \u00e9motionnelles et les comportements qui peuvent contribuer \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s psychologiques tout en les aidant \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> pour y faire face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justifier\">Ces th\u00e9rapies se centrent sur des probl\u00e8mes actuels tout en prenant en compte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du pass\u00e9 pouvant y \u00eatre associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justifier\">Elles constituent un <strong>travail bas\u00e9 sur la collaboration<\/strong> entre le.la psychologue et le.la patient.e, visant l\u2019autonomisation de ce.tte dernier.e. Tout au long de la th\u00e9rapie, <strong>le.la patient.e est actif.ve<\/strong> et engag\u00e9.e dans un processus de changement afin de <strong>retrouver un \u00e9quilibre mental<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-517239573496ed965f7d101bf49c784a\" id=\"tcce\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>L&rsquo;EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-4c490c4c has-normal-font-size\" id=\"tcce\">L&rsquo;EMDR (ou \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9sensibilisation et Retraitement par les Mouvements Oculaires\u00a0\u00bb en fran\u00e7ais) est une psychoth\u00e9rapie cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1987 par la psychologue Francine Shapiro. Elle est aujourd&rsquo;hui <strong>reconnue par l&rsquo;OMS<\/strong> <strong>et recommand\u00e9e par la Haute Autorit\u00e9 de Sant\u00e9 <\/strong>(HAS) dans la prise en charge du <strong>stress post-traumatique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-fe94d9df has-normal-font-size\" id=\"tcce\">Cette approche th\u00e9rapeutique aide \u00e0 <strong>soulager les souvenirs douloureux et traumatiques<\/strong> en se basant sur un m\u00e9canisme naturel du cerveau qui permet de traiter les \u00e9v\u00e8nements perturbants. En effet, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de <strong>stimulations bilat\u00e9rales altern\u00e9es<\/strong> (mouvements oculaires, tapotements), le cerveau va \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0encourag\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 <strong>retraiter l&rsquo;information<\/strong> difficile et donc \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0dig\u00e9rer\u00a0\u00bb, comme il le fait naturellement lors d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e8nements moins charg\u00e9s \u00e9motionnellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ticss-01b22588\">Pr\u00e9conis\u00e9e dans la prise en charge des <strong>psychotraumatismes<\/strong>, elle peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre
